Game Night Poster

My sweet friend, Charlea Mortensen, helped me come up with these cute posters for our upcoming Ward Activity.  We are having an adult game night on February 12th as our "Valentine's" activity. I thought they turned out really cute.

Happy 2nd Birthday Ryan!

My baby is 2-Years-Old!  Ryan LOVES trains right now. I made him a Thomas cake that was really simple and turned out really cute!  Ryan was THRILLED when he came downstairs from his nap. He grabbed that Thomas toy from the cake and played with him for hours.  The kids were quite worried about him "messing up" the cake, but I didn't care and he was thrilled with it!

Painting With a Twist

Tonight was our RS "Painting With a Twist" activity.  It is my first activity since my calling as the RS activities coordinator.  I was late because of Jacob's music program, but was able to help set up beforehand.  The activity turned out great!  Jessica Clark was our instructor and everyone had a great time tapping into their creative juices.

Tonight was the 2nd Grade music program at Harry McKillop Elementary School. Jacob did a great job singing the words and doing the actions.  He got disctracted every once in a while, but did a great job. He is in the center of the picture in the long-sleeved green shirt.

 I got 7" cut off of my hair today! I LOVE IT!!!  It feels great to have the back off of my neck.  It is so hot here in Texas, even in the winter, that it was time to do it.  I hope that I can stand not having ponytails anymore!
